The property was great looking and fancy, I recommend!
The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a nice area, not far from the ocean, beach and all the shops. Really enjoyed the room with jacuzzi available, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was the best and absolutely fantastic with most food overcooked and excellent products, for instance and frequently replenished. The location was marvellous for walking around Quinta Avenida. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Fancy and clean place to stay in, it has incredibly welcoming and amazingly nice staff with excellent customer service and very friendly staff. The location is marvellous and lovely, and the area is good so close to bars and restaurants.

Clean low-budget hotel with very courteous and incredibly welcoming staff. The large bathroom and impeccably clean and huge room. The best and incredible breakfast selection for all tastes with most food overcooked and excellent products, as for instance. Marvellous and lovely location right next to the 5th Avenue which is the main Street, royal style building.

We had such a great time at Wyndham! One evening, we wanted a hamburger but the restaurant was serving Asian food. We asked the staff where we could find a hamburger, and the maitre d' immediately took care of us. He personally seated us near a window so we could enjoy the show while we ate the amazing hamburger he had the chef specially make for us. The staff were always happy and ready to please, whether it was early morning or late at night. The pool activities led by Sergio, Miguel, Cecilia, Andres, and Mike were so much fun to watch and participate in. The shows were also fantastic. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we loved the variety of restaurants it offered, especially the Italian and Sushi ones. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff made us feel special and valued. we highly recommend Wyndham Alltra Playa Del Carmen Adults Only All Inclusive.

A really really nice stay for a relaxing family vacation. Fairly clean venue with magnificent location right next to the beach. Exceptionally attentive, helpful staff towards all guests. Delicious breakfast to start the day with most food overcooked and excellent products.

This adults-only, all-inclusive resort is perfectly located right in the center of everything. Guests can easily explore the city and enjoy the beautiful beach as it is within walking distance. The rooms are well-maintained and the maid service goes above and beyond with personal touches, making the stay even more enjoyable. The staff, including Sergio, Louie, Tania, and Arron. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty options, including kid-friendly foods.
One negative aspect is the lack of bathtubs in the rooms, with only showers available.
